Hi, hope everyone is doing well. Here are the latest pics. Drake says hi to all cousins and friends. Drakes favorite thing this week is learning new tricks on his bike. He can wheelie, do no feet and he can do no fingers (that one cracks me up)! Oh yeah, I almost t-boned a black bear on my bike on tuesday, we had a staring contest at 15 feet and I guess I won cause he got out of my way... anywho no sappy crap from me... Peace

Evolution

Life is good. I had forgotten how sweet it was because I was always busy running to the store, doing laundry, going to work, you know, the standard everyday crap. I forgot what life is really about when I was distracted by those errands. Getting down to the basics makes me appreciate everything more. I know it's super cheesy. Living in a pop up camper isn't what I want to do for the rest of our lives, but it's so relaxing and, surprisingly, energizing. I love to hang out in the forest, chill with my 2 berries and drink good beer. That's the part of life that's good.
It's easy living in a camper, knowing I'm going back to my nice, warm home in a couple months and we'll be surrounded by people we love and want to hang out with. Of course, there's the stuff I miss. I really miss my dad. I start to tear up every time I think about him. I miss him. I miss all you guys too. And I can say that, knowing who I'm speaking to, because the people that care about us are you guys-the ones reading this blog. I wish I could show you all the things we're seeing and experiencing. We try through the blog, but you really can't see it.
I truly hope that Drake remembers this most of all. I know he's around the age that he'll have memories when he's an adult, but I can't be sure, you know. It's not just Alaska that I want him to remember, but this unpredictable adventure that we're having. And how we're all so close right now. That's another thing everyday life drowns out.
I know I'll be a different person after this trip.

Well after a very stressful weekend, moving in to the campground and what not we are trying to get things dialed in. We had a crazy weekend, there were some crazy Juneau teeny boppers causing a ruckus in the campground so I had to lay the smack down and call the po po. I got about two hours of sleep the first night and four on Sunday night. But it has quieted down since then. The campground is so nice, the Mendenhall Glacier is our back yard, there are chunks of ice the size of our house floating in the lake off of the glacier. The fam is doing well, trying to get through another transitional phase with the Drakester. He learned to ride his bike without his training wheels on Wed. We are so proud of him, he is cruising around the campground on his little bike, now if I could just keep the tires inflated! All he wants to do is go for bike rides which is cool with us except I am biking to work now and put in 12 miles a day the last thing I want to do is go on a bike ride, but of course I go anyway just to watch him ride. I will try to put a vid on here of him riding. There are some random pics of Drake and different glaciers that I have flown to in the past week, also a nice pic of the Juneau icefield. Well that is about all I can tolerate for tonight... later

We're gonna be campground hosts

My parents are gone. I miss them, seriously. It was pretty sweet hanging out with them. I was really getting used to it.
Now Bryce and I are getting ready to move to the campground. We're both stoked. We made an offer on the camper and they accepted it. Everything is working out. Whenever things work out for us, I'm always cautious though. After all, we are Frankenberry's. So, if you're feeling like throwing some good thoughts this way, it probably wouldn't hurt.
Drake says he misses everyone in Utah. He says he misses all his friends. We miss you all too.
